Which plan is right for you?
Basic Managed Services Plan
Our Basic plan includes the most core components of our managed services plans at our lowest rate. We proactively maintain and apply updates to your PCs and servers, and provide you with all the antivirus and backup software you need to secure your network. We also monitor and manage your data backups. All user-initiated requests are billed by the hour, so the Basic plan is best suited for businesses that require minimal support time, and are willing to accept the possibility of fluctuating monthly IT expenses.
Pro Managed Services Plan
The Pro plan is appropriate for businesses that want quick, comprehensive support at a flat monthly rate. It includes all of the components of the Basic plan, and adds 24x7 server monitoring, web content filtering, anti-spam software, unlimited remote support during business hours, and technology-related vendor management. The Pro plan is best suited to businesses who want the vast majority of their IT expenses covered for a flat monthly fee.
Premium Managed Services Plan
The Premium plan is our most comprehensive plan. It includes all of the components of the Basic and Pro plans, along with unlimited onsite support. The Pro plan includes new workstation installations, afterhours server support, disaster recovery planning, and regular security audits. The Premium plan is best suited to businesses that want all aspects of their IT infrastructure managed for a flat monthly fee.
